EJ20/EJ25 Titanium Oil Drain bolt M20 Magnetic

The RSD Titanium Oil Drain bolt is the perfect replacement for the heavy stock bolt! Machined out of aircraft grade Titanium (grade 5) for strength, it weighs in at only 28 grams while the stock bolt come in at 60 grams!. Retaining the factory 17mm Hex means no confusion when assembling your tools for an oil change. A strong Neodymium magnet is secured to the bolt via a countersunk M3 cap screw allowing easy removal when servicing, no more relying on a press fit to secure the magnet in place. Six Holes are drilled into the bolt allowing for lockwire to be installed to prevent the bolt from loosening and to give you visual reassurance that the bolt is tight and will not come out (see the last image for reference) this can either be lockwired to the matching Titanium M12x1.5 bolt that is supplied with our RSD Baffled Pans or alternatively to where the Dipstick tube protrudes from the pan. All Drain bolts are supplied with one factory style crush washer. Remember to tighten your Drain Bolt to 33 ftlbs! RSD takes no responsibility if you forget to tighten your bolts!
