• RSD High Capacity Oil Pan: Utilizing championship-winning designs, our EZ sump and baffling ensure MAXIMUM OIL CONTROL under the most extreme conditions providing the BEST performance when subject to heavy lateral loads, elevation changes and even jumps! Most importantly, keeping oil in the sump while minimizing the amount of oil that can eject from the pan. This Engine Oil Sump fits the EZ36 engines only. 

• Motorsport Oil Pickup: Innovative 3D metal printed stainless steel construction with a CNC machined flange which fixes the main issue with the EZ36 oiling system.

This kit is essential for stage rally cars, high-powered EZ race engine builds, and street-driven performance vehicles.

Premium Materials & Construction:

• Quality Welds: All welding is done to a very high level with strict quality control on all welds.

• High Quality Metals: We use the best and most suited materials available to provide you with a strong but light weight product. These include 304 Stainless steel, 6061 and 5052 aluminum, 6AL-4V Titanium

• Temperature Sensor Boss: M12x1.5 welded directly into the pan for easy installation of a temperature sensor (sensor not included).

• Turbo oil drain: We have thought ahead and include a -10AN Female ORB already welded onto the pan! Simply remove the Titanium bolt on the top of the Right hand wing and easily plumb your turbo oil drain directly into the pan. 

Easy Installation:

• Ready to Bolt On: Complete with titanium drain bolts torqued and lock-wired.

• Grade 10.9 Fasteners: Includes Schnorr lock safety washers for secure installation.

• Fully Rebuildable: All components can be easily cleaned with no hidden edges or seams.
